Privately owned golf carts are encouraged for commuting around the estate. Golf carts are required to stay on the dedicated pathways and may only be driven by a licensed driver.

The Devonvale Golf course is owned through Devonmust (PTY) LTD.

ESTATE RULES

The estate rules are enforced through the Constitution and managing agents.

Each Homestead owner is allowed domestic animals, chickens and a maximum of four horses. Please refer to the Constitution for a detailed breakdown.

Horseback riding is limited but allowed on the estate. Homeowners have easy access to surrounding trails for outrides.

BUILDING REGULATIONS

This stand allows space and scope for three dwellings, totalling 1 320m², plus an allowance for an added agricultural building of 2 000m², including an annual allocation of 1 hectare (4 000m³) of Theewaterskloof water at the cost of approximately R6000 per annum, which is invoiced annually by Wynand Water.

OTHER

There are 120 homes across two residential phases, a 45-key boutique hotel and six Homesteads, all positioned around an 18-hole golf course.

The seller is registered for VAT, so there will be no transfer duty, only transfer fees payable. Please note that transfer fees are charged to the purchaser’s account.

You have access to Eskom power supply and municipal water, and the stand includes a 1-hectare (4000m3) water allocation for agricultural or landscaping purposes.
