Yes, fibre is available within the estate; each owner is required to submit their own application to the fibre provider.
A private refuse collection agency is appointed for Devonvale Golf & Wine Estate
This stand allows space and scope for three dwellings, totalling 1 320m², plus an allowance for an added agricultural building of 2 000m², including an annual allocation of 1 hectare (4 000m³) of Theewaterskloof water at the cost of approximately R6000 per annum, which is invoiced annually by Wynand Water.
